We are really glad to inform you that you can now start placing orders for all the major cities in India for your favorite iDecorwala products and we would be shipping them to you across Orange and Green Zones PAN India. Pick up of both essentials and non-essentials can be done in RED ZONE, only if they are outside a containment zone and the pickup warehouse is permitted to open.
In these times, the safety of delivery personnel, following MHA guidelines, and delivering to your consumers' safely and quickly is being prioritized. Therefore, we request your support in accomodating the timelines and rejections from our end in this pursuit.
Containment Areas can be within Red or Orange Zones. In Containment Areas, essential and non-essential deliveries are not allowed. If a containment zone is larger/same than a Pincode, then that specific Pincode will be deactivated. In these situations, if you ship a shipment carrier will move the shipment to the dispatch center and mark it as a containment zone and every 48 hrs the Pincode will be reviewed to attempt delivery.
